A pause by the water

The ride down, the last swim, a little longer by the water. Bring the towel without the extra packing.

You don’t have to make a day of it. A ride down to the water, a quick swim, a stop before heading home: a Rag is worth bringing even when there isn’t much of a plan.

Take the towel. Leave the bulk.

A small fold for the way there. A full towel when you arrive. · 14 seconds · no sound

Roll one into your bag before you ride down. Flat-woven Turkish cotton keeps the fold small, so taking a full-size towel doesn’t mean taking over the bag. You’ve got something to dry off with if the water looks too good to pass up.

Stay a little longer.

No rush to head in.

A towel gives you a reason not to head straight home after a swim. Spread it out for a spot to sit, or keep it close while you dry off. Catch the last light. When it’s time to leave, shake off the sand and pack it for the ride back.
