Terms of service
These terms apply when you use the Salt Rag storefront. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any terms shown during Shopify checkout.

STORE USE
You may use this site only for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or use site content in a misleading or unlawful way.
PRODUCTS + ORDERS
Product details, availability, and prices may change without notice. We try to present colors and details accurately, but screens and handmade or woven goods may show natural variation.
An order is not accepted until checkout is completed and the order is confirmed. We may cancel or limit an order because of inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or legal restrictions. If a canceled order was charged, the payment will be refunded.
PAYMENT + FULFILLMENT
Payments and checkout are processed through Shopify and its payment providers. Shipping and returns are governed by the policies published on this site.
SITE CONTENT
Salt Rag names, writing, photography, graphics, and other site content are owned by Salt Rag or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission.
DISCLAIMERS + LIABILITY
The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Salt Rag does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salt Rag is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
FLORIDA LAW + CHANGES
These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date on this page.
